Board of Directors:
TIN95 INVESTMENT managing body consists of a Board of Directors that are elected by our shareholders. The Board is responsible for laying out the objectives of the company and guiding our efforts towards their fulfillment. The board is assisted by its committees in these functions.
Committees:
Committee members are chosen from among the members of the board, and have specific duties in accordance with company activities. The committees and the board meet periodically to identify their specific objectives and track the progress on their current efforts. Committees include the Audit and Investment committees, each focused on one aspect of the firm’s management.
